1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrainerLink (trainerlink.io), operated by Element T Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202303040211 / 1530211-U), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

TrainerLink is a B2B training marketplace that connects Malaysian companies and organizations with vetted corporate trainers. We facilitate the matching, proposal, booking, and compliance process for corporate training engagements, including HRD Corp claimable programmes.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. For Companies (Clients)

As a client using TrainerLink, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate training requirements in your brief submissions
  • Respond to proposals within a reasonable timeframe
  • Complete payment for accepted proposals as per the agreed terms
  • Provide necessary documentation for HRD Corp claims where applicable
  • Not contact trainers directly to bypass the platform for matched engagements

5. For Trainers

As a trainer on TrainerLink, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate professional qualifications and experience information
  • Maintain valid HRD Corp registration where claimed
  • Deliver training services as described in accepted proposals
  • Complete all required compliance documentation (attendance, evaluations, e-TRiS)
  • Not solicit clients directly to bypass the platform for matched engagements

6. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Training fees are as quoted in accepted proposals. TrainerLink charges a platform service fee which is included in the quoted price. Trainer payouts are processed after successful training delivery and compliance documentation completion.

For government engagements processed via Purchase Order (PO), payment terms follow the respective government agency's standard payment cycle.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by engagement type. For HRD Corp claimable training, cancellations must comply with HRD Corp guidelines. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for cancellation or refund inquiries.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TrainerLink, including the platform design, logos, text, and AI matching algorithms, is the intellectual property of Element T Sdn Bhd. Trainers retain ownership of their training materials and content. Clients receive a license to use training materials for internal purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrainerLink acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of training delivered by individual trainers, nor for the accuracy of information provided by clients. Our liability is limited to the platform service fees collected for the relevant engagement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of TrainerLink shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
